Over twenty years ago, the first families moved into Ramat Beit Shemesh Alef, many of them devoted Avreichim immersed in Torah study, and to support them, Kollel Ohr HaTorah was established with just ten exceptional Yungerleit. The Kollel quickly grew, and today many of its original members are respected Rabbanim and Maggidei Shiur. As Beit Shemesh expanded to include Ramat Gimmel, Daled, and Hey, we opened new branches to serve the next generation of amalei Torah from top Israeli yeshivos. Our Yungerleit are known for their diligence, humility, and derech eretz, creating a strong Kol Torah that leaves a lasting impression. Over time, Kollel Ohr HaTorah has earned widespread respect throughout the community.
